Community Support Program
We love supporting our local community
The Celebration Society is proud to support the schools, P&Cs, charities, sporting clubs, not-for-profits and community groups that make our local area such a special place. We receive lots of requests throughout the year for fundraising prizes, donations and event support. While we genuinely wish we could say yes to everyone, as a small business we need to make sure the support we provide is fair and sustainable. That’s why we ask all community support requests to come through our short application form.
How we may be able to help
Depending on your event, organisation and our availability, support may include: Gift vouchers For raffles, auctions, fundraising prizes and community giveaways. Workshop or event tickets Tickets to selected Celebration Society workshops, experiences or events. In-kind event styling For a small number of events each year, we may be able to contribute selected styling or décor. Styling support is considered on a case-by-case basis and depends on the event date, location, scope and availability of our team and stock. We don’t provide cash donations through our Community Support program.
Who can apply?
Our Community Support program is primarily for:
- schools and P&Cs/P&Fs
- registered charities
- not-for-profit organisations
- sporting clubs
- community groups and initiatives
We don’t generally provide support for individual fundraising requests or commercial organisations through this program.
A few things to know before you apply
Where possible, please submit your request at least six weeks before your event or deadline. Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee support. We receive many wonderful requests and have a limited amount of community support we can provide each year. As a general rule, we also limit support to one successful contribution per organisation within a 12-month period. If we’re able to help, The Celebration Society will determine the type and level of support we’re able to offer.
How it works
Complete our short Community Support Request form and tell us a little about your organisation, event and how we may be able to help. It should only take a couple of minutes. Our team will review your request and aims to respond within approximately 10 business days.
